Comanche IV is a large (approx. 1850+ sq. ft.), remodeled Point Venture townhouse with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 decks, and 3 levels.  There are sleeping accommodations for 13.  On the lower level of Comanche IV, there is a game room with ping pong table and other games.  Nearby amenities include a 50 acre waterfront park with boat ramps and picnic/cookout/play areas, The Pier floating restaurant, tennis courts, exercise room, a junior olympic swimming pool, and the nice 9-hole Point Venture Golf Course.  Lake amenities are also available, including swimming, fishing, boating, skiing, and diving.
