Comanche III is a large (approx. 1809 sq. ft.), remodeled Point Venture townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 decks, and 3 levels.  There are sleeping accommodations for 11.  Nearby amenities include a 50 acre waterfront park with boat ramps and picnic/cookout/play areas, The Pier floating restaurant, tennis courts, exercise room, a junior olympic swimming pool, and the nice 9-hole Point Venture Golf Course.  Lake amenities are also available, including swimming, fishing, boating, skiing, and diving.
