Singleton Bend II lakeview home is a private guest house that is situated across from the owners lakefront home and Singleton Bend I.  It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large deck, and gorgeous lake view.  Lakefront access and use of the owners boat dock is included.  This home is just minutes away from the beautiful Flat Creek Winery, which is open daily for tours and taste testing. They also have a bistro that is open every weekend and serves a delicious gourmet brunch. When booked in conjunction with Singleton Bend I you can sleep up to 16 people.

Disclosures:  Walkway to waterfront is paved but steep.  This is the guest house to the main house across the street.  The pet policy is for one small dog under 35 lbs. Renter must have prior approval and pay the non-refundable pet fee.
Special Restrictions for Safety:  No smoking inside the home , no charcoal grills on wooden decks,  No unattended children permitted on or near the boat dock.  This is a rustic type cabin not a resort type property.  No fireworks.  No open fires anywhere on the property.
