Singleton Bend I waterfront home is a semi-private, rustic property with character.  It is the lower level to the owners home (kind of like a mini apartment) with it's own separate entrance.  It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large deck, and gorgeous lake views.  The home sits on a 1 acre lot high above the main body of Lake Travis.  You can walk down to waters edge and use of the owners boat dock is included.  This home is just minutes away from the beautiful Flat Creek Winery, which is open daily for tours and taste testing. They also have a bistro that is open every weekend and serves a delicious gourmet brunch. When booked in conjunction with Singleton Bend II you can sleep up to 16 people.

Disclosures:  Walkway to waterfront is paved but steep.  This is the lower level of the main house with it's own separate entrance (owner lives upstairs).  This unit does NOT have an oven.  The pet policy is for one small dog under 35 pounds. Renter must have prior approval and pay the non-refundable pet fee.
Special Restrictions for Safety:  No smoking inside the home , no charcoal grills on wooden decks,  Due to the steep walkway to the boat dock and items decorating the home this is NOT a child friendly rental.  No unattended children permitted on or near the boat dock.  This is a rustic type cabin not a resort type property.  No fireworks.  No open fires anywhere on the property.
