Disclosures:  Villa does not have a telephone.  Rental does not include use of the garage.  Rentals of boat tie-ups at The Hollows Marina are available on a last minute, if-available (no reservations) basis.  No slips are available for vacation rental guests.  There may be additional fees for some activities.
Restrictions:  No smoking inside the home, no grills on the deck, no open fires (except in designated stone fire pits), no pets, parties or loud behavior are not permitted.  There are minimum age restrictions for rental.
