New, upscale, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath rustic cottage with a detached garage plus an additional private bedroom and bath over the garage.  The Bluffs Cottage is not waterfront but is located in a huge 1,400 acre, new, upscale waterfront lake resort - The Hollows on Lake Travis.  Activities include swimming, boating, water skiing, snorkeling/diving, kayaking, hiking, biking, fishing, sand volleyball, movie nights, wildlife viewing, fitness center, and more.  Come and experience the best Texas has to offer for relaxation, activities, and family time.  For larger families, we recommend also reserving the nearby Hilltop Villa I.

Disclosures:  Rental of boat tie-ups at The Hollows Marina are available on a last minute, if-available (no reservations) basis.  No slips are available for vacation rental guests.  There may be additional fees for some activities.
Restrictions:  No smoking inside the home, no grills on the deck, no open fires, use of the stone fire pit is not permitted, no pets, no parties, activities that may disturb nearby residents are not permitted.  Renter must be at least 25 years of age.  Trailer parking is in designated areas only, not at the cottage.

The Bluffs Cottage has the look, feel, and smell of a new cedar log cabin in the woods.
