New, upscale, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath rustic cottage with a detached garage plus an additional private bedroom and bath over the garage.  The Bluffs Cottage is located in a huge 1,400 acre, new, upscale lake resort - The Hollows on Lake Travis.  Activities include swimming, boating, water skiing, snorkeling/diving, kayaking, hiking, biking, fishing, sand volleyball, movie nights, wildlife viewing, fitness center, and more.  Come and experience the best Texas has to offer for relaxation, activities, and family time.  For larger families, we recommend also reserving the nearby Hilltop Villa I and Hilltop Villa II.

Disclosures:  Cottage does not have a telephone.  Rental of boat tie-ups at The Hollows Marina are available on a last minute, if-available (no reservations) basis.  No slips are available for vacation rental guests.  There may be additional fees for some activities.
Restrictions:  No smoking inside the home, no grills on the deck, no open fires (except in designated stone fire pits), no pets, parties or loud behavior are not permitted.  There are minimum age restrictions for rental.
